Auricreek AI Healthcare Solutions Inc. ("Auricreek," "we," "us"), a Texas corporation, operates auricreek.us — an AI-assisted navigation platform for elective, self-pay healthcare abroad.
We help you discover, compare, and book elective care — dental, eye care, and medical aesthetics — at verified partner clinics in Asia. Our services include:
Auricreek is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or recommend treatment. Every clinical decision — diagnosis, treatment plan, and whether you are a suitable candidate — is made solely by the licensed clinicians at the clinic you choose. Using our platform does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Auricreek.
Membership costs $19.99 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. It includes AI search and comparison results, care-plan updates, document organization, appointment coordination, translation support, and post-treatment follow-up. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Optional hands-on coordination beyond membership scope, at $99 per hour with no time cap (a typical engagement is about 5 hours, roughly $495 per patient). You are billed only for time actually worked.
Treatment quotes are issued by the clinic, not by Auricreek. To confirm a booking, you pay a 10% deposit; the remaining 90% is charged to your card on file after treatment is delivered. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Clinic payouts are handled via Payoneer.
The 10% deposit is 70% refundable if you cancel before treatment; it is non-refundable once treatment has been delivered.
Partner clinics compensate Auricreek for navigation and coordination services. This does not increase the price you pay — a clinic's quote is the same whether you book through us or contact the clinic directly.
Elective treatment abroad carries inherent risks, including travel disruption, language barriers, and differences in standards of care. We verify our partner clinics' business credentials and collect patient feedback, but we cannot guarantee medical outcomes. Please do your own diligence before committing to treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auricreek's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, travel disruptions, or the acts or omissions of partner clinics.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and your continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance.
